Wild Turkey

If you are looking to try your hand at a little free-range hunting, Maine offers Wild Turkey hunting.  It is common to find flocks of turkey strutting through the fields in our area.  Average adult hens weigh between 8 - 12 lb. and adult toms between 10 - 20 lb., but a large tom can weigh in excess of 25 lb.  Bring your shotguns and your turkey calls to Grand Lake Hunt.
